Brief information about the trip

• Departure times by advance booking daily at 10:00 a.m. / 1:00 p.m. from January to March, after which the trips will continue if conditions still allow.

• Departure point: Sahanlahti Resort

• Group size: 3-8 people. This is a private trip, just you and your friends.

• Program: the guide will wait for you at the Sahanlahti Resort boat harbor, then you will walk to the ice fishing spots, fish for perch using traditional ice fishing methods and sonar, warm up with hot juice, and you can take your catch home with you if you wish.

• Restrictions: Trips are only operated when ice conditions permit.

• Price includes: ice fishing equipment, guide transporting the equipment on a Snowdog sled, guide services, hot drink.

• Your own equipment: warm winter clothing suitable for the weather.

Is the excursion suitable for couples? The minimum number of participants for our private excursions is three, so bring a friend along.

Is the excursion suitable for families with children? If the children are at least 10 years old and can stay on the ice for two hours without getting bored, then yes, it is suitable. When children are on the tour, the guide takes special care to ensure safety, a suitable pace, etc. Minors must always be accompanied by an adult. If these conditions are not met, you should look for an easier activity for your children.

Is there a temperature limit for the tour? Yes, there is. The temperature limit is -20°C. Participants must wear warm winter clothing. If necessary, you can rent warm adult-sized winter overalls from us.

• 75% refund if canceled at least 48 hours before departure

• 50% refund if canceled at least 24 hours before departure

• No refund if canceled less than 24 hours before departure or if the customer does not arrive at the departure point on time

• Date changes are possible for €10/person if made at least 24 hours before departure
