Change of day is possible when made latest 18h00 local time the day before departure. All changes cost 10€ extra and are subject to availability
FAQ
When is the best time to try ice floating? It is available from October till April. Best period is December-March in mid-winter. The colder the winter, the better the experience..
Where do we meet the guide? Guide awaits you at the VEERANSAUNA in Puumala center, adr: Niementie 3, 52200 Puumala.
Can I book only one person? Yes you can, but the minimum fee is for three persons.
What if it snows or is very cold? Do not worry. Safety suits keep you dry and warm, and in harsh winter conditions you will get a bigger experience
Can children participate? Only if they are minimum 140 cm tall. All safety suits are adult size suits, and they are not made for small children. For every minor participant you need to have one adult participant for safety reasons.
When is my booking confirmed? Immediately after payment you will receive confirmation email with instructions about the tour. If you think you have made the booking but have not received the confirmation email, then please contact us by email to sales@lakelandgte.fi and we will figure that out together
How do I pay for the activity? You can book in our online-store and pay by Credit cards, via European SEPA bank payment or Alipay. We require payment at time of the booking
