Like a grandma’s cottage
Sivula is an old log farmhouse which was converted into a cottage in 1981. This 67-square-metre cottage accommodates four persons spaciously. The cottage includes a large kitchen-living room and a separate bedroom. In Sivula, you can enjoy traditional cottage life with a fireplace, carried water, and an outhouse. Like all of our cottages, Sivula has electricity and is in a private location with its own beach. The yard area is even and flat, which makes it child-friendly.
As all of our villas, Sivula is in a private location on the shore of Lake Saimaa. The private beach, wood-heated sauna, and rowing boat are at your disposal without any extra fees during your holiday. You will have a canister full of clean drinking water ready for you when you arrive. You can get more drinking water from the nearby water outlet.

The cottage is available from your arrival day at 3 pm to midday on your departure day.
You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them from us for €13 per person. You can perform the departure cleaning by yourself (vacuum cleaning, surface wiping, taking out the trash) or order the cleaning from us for €120.
