Inflatable boats adventure is biggest fun in lake Saimaa

Welcome in inflatable boats adventure. Guide says put on your safety equipment and grab your paddle. After safety instructions we hop on big inflatable boats and paddle to a fun lake adventure. Water splashes, laughter and happy noises fill the fresh lakeside, as the groups explore the beautifull lake.. After the adventure we return back and the most courageous ones will jump to the lake and swim back to shore.  This is a safe, guided group program for all groups that want a stable, safe lake experience and spend some fun outdoors. We have three (3) big inflatable raft boats and for groups bigger than 18 persons we use indian canoes. We can take up to 30 persons to the adventure at one time

Inflatable boats adventure suits best for families and big groups between 8-30 persons who want to try paddling in a safe and guided program.  Big inflatable raft boats are extremely stable and safe, and you will feel very safe and secure in this boat, much safer than in regular canoes/kayaks. Paddling as a group is also a lot more fun than paddling with a canoe.   No earlier experience is required because guide will give you necessary instructions and the boat is very easy to handle and very stable, also with children.

• When → from June untill end September

  • Difficulty → easy, suits all healthy persons

  • Start → morning at 09:00 or evening at 18:00 . In hot summer days the best time would be early morning or in the evening before sauna.  Meeting place is Sahanlahti resort or Okkola holiday cottages or Koskenselkä camping or Pistohiekka Resort in Puumala (car parking is required near the lake)

  • Duration → basic program takes 2  hours. Guide gives instructions, shares equipment, and adventure starts with guide

  • Price → Base price in Puumala:  40€/person for 8-30 person groups. Minimum fee is 320€ (8 persons).

  • Price includes → big inflatable rafts, guide, safety equipment, drink after paddling.  I have 3 inflatable rafts, and for bigger groups I have some big canoes so that up to 30 persons can do this at the same time. Guide will show you all necessary techniques before and during paddling

  • Extra service → Extra hours for group cost +100€/hr. If you want to have a longer paddling experience or special arrangements, contact guide in advance

  • Service language → guide speaks english, finnish, french  and also some german

  • Note → If you have family or friends who would prefer canoeing, it is also possible that  I bring indian canoes for these persons. If you are interested in this arrangement, you should contact guide prior to booking
