Villa Mannilanniemi - Saimaa on your own beach!
Villa Mannilanniemi is an elegant round log villa in Puumala at the tip of a beautiful headland on the shores of Saimaa. The villa is 200 square meters, of which the living room offers more than 80 square meters of space for joint pastime. The windows of the living room offer a magnificent lake view of Saimaa in three directions. The villa has a modern open kitchen and three bedrooms (double bed, single beds and single beds). The large sauna offers tasty steam (Harvia Legend electric stove, 250kg of stones) and you can rinse off the sweat with rain showers.
The villa has terraces in three directions, so you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening. From the outdoor hot tub you will have amazing views all the way to Haapaselkä in Saimaa. On the terrace facing the evening sun, there is a sturdy gas grill with refrigerators. From your own pier you can take a dip in the sunshine and swim in the clean and clear waters of Saimaa or, for example, row in the evening while watching the sunset. There is an amazing 300 meters of coastline and just off the beach you can also find a summer kitchen for barbecue evenings.
Villa Mannilanniemi's TV and internet are powered by fast optical fibre, which allows for smooth remote work. High quality sound is guaranteed with Dali hi-fi speakers

If necessary, you can get more space in the 55-sqm Koskelo guest cottage (to be reserved separately), where you can find two bedrooms. The guest cottage is also equipped with all amenities; kitchen, sauna and washroom, separate toilet and spacious day/evening sun terrace

A rowing boat, 2 sup boards and use of the tennis court are also included in the rental. You can also arrive by bigger boat, as Mannilanniemi has its own dock (private use only)!
